2CHANGE
2CHANGE carries both Atayal and Bunun identities, with the Atayal name Piling Suyan and the Bunun name Biung Ismahasna Islituan. He graduated from the Indigenous Master’s Program in Land Policy and Environmental Planning at National Chengchi University and previously worked as a project assistant for the Land Division of the Indigenous Historical Justice and Transitional Justice Committee in Taiwan.
Deeply engaged with contemporary Indigenous issues, 2CHANGE frequently speaks out on social media and has gained significant public attention and discussion around topics such as campus discrimination, cultural appropriation, and contemporary Indigenous identity. In 2023, he released his debut album THE ONE GOT C.H.A.N.G.E.s, drawing from his experiences as an urban Indigenous person to raise awareness of contemporary Indigenous issues through music. Through his work, he hopes to encourage dialogue and understanding between different communities. Beyond social advocacy, he also aims to inspire Indigenous youth to explore the many possibilities of identity and embrace their authentic selves with confidence.
